Prime Minister's Prize for Science

Nominations are now open for the Prime Minister's Prize for Science 2009 available for scientists and teachers of science who excel in their area.
 
The Prime Minister’s Office awards 5 prizes annually;
 
·         The Prime Minister’s Prize for Science
·         The Malcolm McIntosh Prize for Physical Scientist of the Year
·         The Science Minister’s Prize for Life Scientist of the Year
·         The Prime Minister’s Prize for Excellence in Science Teaching in Primary Schools
·         The Prime Minister’s Prize for Excellence in Science Teaching in Secondary Schools
 
These awards will be presented at the national science and science teaching awards and nominations close on 8 May 2009.
